Welcome to Front Desk Office Furniture. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Front Desk Office Furniture. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
2. Pricing & Freight Included
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
- Freight is included in the listed product price unless otherwise stated.
- Freight inclusion applies to standard ground delivery only.
- Additional services (white glove delivery, inside delivery, liftgate service, remote area fees, redelivery, storage, or special handling) are not included unless explicitly stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.
Customers are responsible for applicable sales tax unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
3. Dropship-Only Model
Front Desk Office Furniture operates under a dropship-only model.
- Products ship directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
- No warehouse pickup is available.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional fees caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery appointments, or refusal to accept delivery.
4. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
All shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our control.
5. Inspection & Freight Damage
Customers must inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery.
- Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within the carrier’s required timeframe.
- Failure to properly document damage may result in denial of a freight claim.
All freight damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Front Desk Office Furniture is not financially responsible for transit-related damage but will provide documentation upon request.
6. No Returns – All Sales Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect item ordered
- Color or finish variation
- Minor dimensional differences
- Shipping delays
- Refused deliveries
If a shipment is refused (for reasons other than documented transit damage), the customer remains responsible for the full purchase price, return freight, storage fees, and carrier penalties.
7. Delivery Requirements
All deliveries are via common carrier (fed-Ex, UPS, etc.) to your door. No inside deliveries available. All products are shipped flat in boxes.
8. Product Variations
Furniture products may include natural materials such as wood, stone, leather, or fabric that inherently vary.
The following are not considered defects:
- Natural grain or color variations
- Texture differences
- Minor finish inconsistencies
- Slight measurement variances
- Handcrafted or distressed characteristics
Product images are for illustration purposes only and may vary due to lighting or screen settings.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
All products are sold “AS IS” unless otherwise stated in writing.
Front Desk Office Furniture disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product involved.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes inconsistent with these Terms.
If an improper chargeback occurs, the customer remains responsible for:
- The full invoice amount
- Chargeback fees
- Collection costs
- Reasonable attorneys’ fees
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor shortages, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas
